By accessing or using Divine POS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Divine POS is a point-of-sale platform for restaurant and food service businesses. You may use our services only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. We do not charge transaction fees on any plan. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 30 days of a charge if you have a billing concern.
You own your data. Divine POS does not claim any intellectual property rights over the data you input into the system. Upon cancellation, you may export your data within 30 days. After that period, data may be deleted.
Divine POS is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
